The weather has been quite bad with lots of rain and wind speed up to 33 m/s. So I haven’t been birding really. But today I went to visit a friend, who has the most amazing view on the Faroes probably. From the living room you look right into the largest garden in Hvannasund.
While visiting a Blyth’s Reed Warbler was foraging just outside the living room window. I did get a glimpse of the bird a few days ago. But today I could enjoy it from the couch while drinking my Typoo-tea as it was foraging in the garden while the rain poured down.
I did get some photos, but if it is the same bird as the one on the 3rd september about 1½ kilometers to the south I do not know.
