Herring Gull at Eiði

Nothing much to report today. A storm was scheduled to come in about midday so Søren and I headed to Eiði for a few hours of birding. Eiði is a great place for warblers with lot of mature gardens and there is even a lake that is good for ducks.

At first there wasn’t much wind and we managed to find 5-6 chiffchaffs, two blackcaps and a yellow-browed warbler.

But then the storm kicked in and birding was impossible. So I’ll just post some nice landscape pics on today’s blog.
